As part of our efforts to continuously improve the Login AM experience, our development team has taken a closer look at the Maintenance plugin for Login AM and made the following improvements:
- When using maintenance mode 50/50, the collection is only marked as failed if more than 20% of the collection has not finished maintenance successfully
- Added a skipped status for computers, indicating that maintenance was scheduled successfully, but that it was skipped due to failure of the collection, failure of the previous host (depending on the maintenance mode selected)

Windows updates improvements
Next to the Maintenance plugin, the deployment plugin has also received some new options, based on feedback from customers!
- You can now provide windows update KB numbers to exclude from installation
- Microsoft update can now be enabled or disabled from AM
Validation of service account in Test connection
Based on requests from our customers we have added validation of the service account in the Test connection dashboard command. Some customers were having problems with getting Powershell remoting and CredSSP up and running, and in most cases it turned out they made an error while inputting the Login AM service account and/or the password for the service account.

New look for the environment manager
The first thing you will notice in the Login AM2015R2 BETA is the new look for the environment manager. We have introduced a new concept called DTAP Chains: A collection of environments which belong together from a DTAP (Development, Test, Acceptance, Production) point of view.

The send-to wizards will help you move items (collections, layers or packages) from one environment to the next. For example, you have created and tested a package in the Development environment and you want to move it to the testing environment.
