LICENSE GRANT
Upon your registration at our website at http://www.loginvsi.com and following Login’s approval of your registration, Login hereby grants to You a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the Software for your internal business needs.
Your use shall not include the right to use the Software for external purposes, including but not limited to the provision of any commercial or non-commercial services to third parties or the use for marketing purposes, for instance by placing the Software on your website for downloading purposes or otherwise.
You may not (and You may not permit anyone else to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the object code or source code of the Software or any part thereof, unless expressly permitted by Login.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided “as is” and without any warranties whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Software is at your own discretion and at your sole risk and that You shall be solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other device or loss of data that results from the download or use of the Software.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

APPLICABLE LAW
This License Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any dispute arising out or in connection with this License Agreement shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
SUPPORT
The Software is supported based on best effort. Best effort means that support will be attempted without any guarantee provided that it will succeed.
