normal Unable to configure Login PI after install

I just...
Installed a fresh copy of Server 2008 R2
Installed SQL Server Express 2012 with Tools
Added .net 3.5
Added .net 4.5
Installed latest copy of Login PI 1.0.0
Trued to configure it via the web interface, added all of my details.
Got an error. Reboted, still have the same error. (pasted below).

I have no idea what to do now.
Please help

Hi Aaran,

Looks like something is going wrong with the .NET Framework.
Could you try to run the following command on the Login PI server:
c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -iru
