•VSI Version:3.5
•Test system: Microsoft RDS (Win8 Beta)
•Operating system version target: Win7 x64
•Operating system version launcher(s):Win8 x64
•Office version target: 2010

While I run the medium workload against a Win7 guest running on a Win8 Beta RDVH server, I see error "The output folder does not exist" while the word document is saved as PDF to this path "H:\Output\Login_VSI1.pdf".
I see that there is no "Output" folder under H:\.

Just to be sure I updated my BullZip version to 8.2 from 7.2 but I still see this issue.

Help in resolving this issue is much appritiated.

Hello,

Is the H drive in use in your environment? VSI tries to map the H: drive for VSI usage. If the drive is already in use that may fail. When Bullzip tries to print to H in this scenario, the output directory likely won't exist.

Hello,

Does %programfiles%\Login Consultants\VSI\Lib Personal\ contain the output folder?

There is just one folder "xls" under %programfiles%\Login Consultants\VSI\Lib Personal\.
The "xls" folder has single excel file.

Do you suspect an installation issue?

The setup location also just has this one folder
\\share\VSI35\35Release2\Setup\Target Setup\Lib\Lib Personal\xls

Yes i do suspect an installation issue. The folder should contain much more like doc, ppt, pst and also the output folder.
I suspect the path may have been too long, to extract most files. Try (re)installing from a shorter path.

I created an output folder in the path you specified and rerun the test, the test did continue. Let me reinstall again as you suggested.

Thanks,
Giri
