dprendergast created the topic: issue with ctxconnector.exe
Hi all,

Am trying to use login vsi express with xendesktop

when using ctxconnector, it is loading up multiple copies of internet explorer, but it is remembering the first set of credentials (i.e. login_vsi1) so it is never prompted to enter new credentials again.

Has anyone got a workaround for this?

Thanks

Dan

Hello,

Does this mean that your issue is resolved or are you still only getting sessions form a single user?

Yes I am still getting the issue, each subsequent internet explorer copy that loads up the web interface comes up as already logged in so no new sessions will load.

Try this version of CTXConnect loginvsi.eu/Support/August/CTXConnector_1.2.zip

This happens because the first session is never logged of. This can happen because the time between sessions isn't long enough to complete 1 full logon. Causing Internet Explorer to use the existing session to authenticate the subsequent users.

Or this happens because CTXConnector cannot find the logoff button. Version 1.2 fixes the not being able to find the logoff button.

If this doesn't work please send me the launcher log file located in %temp%\VSI\Launcher.log
