Hello Andrew,

Please use double quotes, example;

“\\server\VSIShare\Scripts\CTXConnect\CTXConnector.exe” -s “http://MyXDwebsite” -u “Login_VSI%Count%” -p “Password!” -d “DomainName” -r “DesktopName” -t1 5 -t2 7

Please check CTXConnector guide

One can test this easy by copy pasting the command line in a CMD window and adjust the %Count% parameter to a static user (CMD does not recognize the dynamic %Count% value);

“\\server\VSIShare\Scripts\CTXConnect\CTXConnector.exe” -s “http://MyXDwebsite” -u “Login_VSI1” -p “Password!” -d “DomainName” -r “DesktopName” -t1 5 -t2 7

Hi Andrew,

This is because CTXConnector is searching for 'Login' and 'Password' (optional; 'Domain') by default in a English layout, it's known when one is using different languages that it will keep looking for these English credentials 'Login' and 'Password' (optional; 'Domain').

Solution 1; Please adjust the IE Languages settings for Appearance in IE, see attached screenshot.
Solution 2; Reconfigure the Citrix WI configuration for Appearance

Regards,

Omar

Hi Andrew,

(Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE));

See this KB which will describe in detail and provides solutions. I suggest try rebooting the system and retry.

thanks. it's work.

now VM is started, script logged into VM. and after some times it's logged off.
In _VSI_logfiles is nothing interesting.
I thinks that after script is logged into VM it must run some programs in VM to measuring perf?

Hi Andrew,

Yes; one should see a workload starting with user actions; scroll in outlook/open word/save word etc.

Can you please verify:
• You installed the VSI target installation on your target(s)/golden image/session host etc.
• The folder %programfiles%\Login Consultants\VSI\Files exists on your target(s) and contains about 13 items.
• The VSIShare specified in %programfiles%\Login Consultants\VSI\Files\vsi.ini is accessible for the VSI user(s). They need write access.
• The G drive is not in use/mapped. The VSI logon script will map this drive.
• The B and H drives do not exist OR are writeable by the VSI users.

Some questions that help me troubleshoot your issue
• You can also run %programfiles%\Login Consultants\VSI\Files\logon.cmd from a cmd window.
• If the logon script creates the file mappings, are you able to start the test by running B:\VSI32.exe or B:\VSI64.exe, depending on your environment?
• If running VSI32\64 from the B: drive fails, does running %programfiles%\Login Consultants\VSI\Files\VSI32.exe or VSI64.exe work?

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Omar

Hi Andrew,

that is indeed what it should be. Are you sure;

- you selected the 'Medium' workload and not the 'Create Profiles'?
- you are connecting to the right Targets (VMs)?

If you would like to do a screen share session, I am more than willing to help you.

Omar
