It seems that agent will exit after 351s(logofftimeout) whatever the test finishes. Is it normal?

Hello,

This is caused by printer redirection. Either disable printer redirection in your solution OR remove every printer from the launcher machine. If there are no printers, no printer can be redirected.

I forgot to add, yes the launcher agent exiting is normal, expected behavior.

Thanks, Dennis. I removed all printers on launcher machine then it worked. Could you explain what's the printer rdirection and how to disable printer redirection?

Hi GB,

"Terminal Services/(Virtual) Machines provides printer redirection, which routes printing jobs from a server/(v)machine to a printer that is attached to a client computer or to a shared printer that is available to the client computer. When a user establishes a remote session with a terminal server/(v)machine, the redirected printer will be available to applications running in the remote session."

One has several ways to disable printer redirection;
1- Disable printer redirection by GPO; Link
2- Disable printer redirection by Citrix GPO; Link1 , Link2
3- Disable the Launchers Printer Spooling; Link
4- Like Dennis mentioned, delete the printers at you're Launchers. If you do this then there is nothing to be redirected

Let me know if this works out for you.

Regards,

Omar
