VMware View fails with AppFocus [Acrobat Reader]

I have been using VSI3.7
I am using the ViewClient5.1, run the workload from the launcher to the target.
However, the target machine "AppFocus [Acrobat Reader] does not exist waited for: 120sec"
Stop the script, the message is output.
And I was changed to 300 and 600 from the default WinWait time. But there is no change.

Hello,

What version of Adobe Reader are you using? I am assuming Adobe Reader 10, also called Adobe Reader X. Login VSI bundles a version Adobe Reader that is stilled titled Acrobat Reader. VSI tries to find and interact with an application named Acrobat Reader as a result Adobe Reader 10 might not be found.

In the VSI Management console go to Workload Configuration, scroll down to Adobe name and change the default setting from Acrobat Reader to Adobe. Also see the attached image.
