merrist created the topic: VSI (Helper.exe) to force sessions to logoff
20 Launchers [ Launcher1...Launcher20 ]
The Launcher1 is the master too. When I start to run the test, The Launcher1 agent will be contiune to run. But other Launchers will be closed by VSI(Helper.exe).
VSI Share File Log:\\x.x.x.x\VSIShare\_VSI_Logfiles\CreateProfiles\logoff.txt
The content is : This file has placed by VSI(Helper.exe) to force sessions to logoff
So, I try to delete the file in the VSIShare Folder and the result is same as before.
Then I try to delete the all folders and files in the VSIShare except the license folder and license. I reconfigure the LoginVSI to start a new test. But it is end of failling.

Hi Merrist,

Are all the Launchers added in the Management Console?
Are all the Launchers set to a specific amount of Capacity?
Did you specify the total amount of test sessions in the Management Console?

Can you provide me the \\xxxx\VSIShare\_VSI_Configuration\Launchers.ini file?
And %temp%\VSI\Launcher logs of (all) the Launcher hosts?

Regards,

Omar

The answer is YES

I try to use one launcher and one target. The test is successfull. Then I enable all launcher and 1000 targets. Forcing other launchers to logoff is gone. But each target sessions is not work, just log in the VMs.
