Hello, I am attempting to use sfconnect.exe to launch ica connection as a % of the screen - is this option still available in the 4.1.0.858 version of sfconnect.exe ? I found this info from citrix support.citrix.com/article/CTX135302 .

Thanks Rob

Hello Rob,

The percentage parameter has been removed as it was not working. The fixed resolution option might be an alternative?

Thanks Dennis, I will give that a go .

Another alternative that I have just got working is enabling "DesktopViewer" and that also seems to work as per Citrix article support.citrix.com/article/CTX131863

-From StoreFront server(s)
-Open C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix\Store\web.config
-Change showDesktopViewer="on".

What our customers are saying

Rob Girard - Tintri

"You would be somewhat nuts to go to production with VDI without first and constantly re-evaluating with Login VSI. Always run all your changes through it so there are no surprises. Surprises in VDI never just hit one or two users--it's all or nothing.”

Rob Girard, Technical Marketing Engineer at Tintri

Chris Gebhardt - NetApp

“We use Login VSI to make sure that what we are recommending to our customers is much better than what their guesses are. Because if you don't do proper assessment and if you don’t use Login VSI, your architecture is just a guess.”

Chris Gebhardt, Senior Technical Marketing Engineer at NetApp

Dan O'Farrell - Dell

"The primary goal of our VDI appliances is to simplify and to take the guesswork out of VDI, and the Login VSI tests help us to do that from a performance expectation capability. When we offer one of our appliances to our customers, we deliver benchmarks that are validated using multiple Login VSI workloads. When compared to a customer’s workload, these Login VSI-enabled benchmarks allow precise sizing estimations to be created."
