Hi Terence,

Can you give us a bit more background:
- Version of the Tool?
- Which Workload is used?
- Office version?
- Did this appear once or multi times?

Thanks,

I have the same issue -

running the latest download as per today with Patch (4.1.0.858)
Workload is Server 2012 R2 running Citrix Xensdesktop (VDA 7.6)
Office is 2013
Just appears once per Session that is launched.

Any ideas on what we can try to get this working?

Thanks

Pete

Pete,

I can reproduce the issue and like discussed this happens when the VSIDate.exe is missing.
I have already provided you the file. Pls make sure that the file exists in the path location described below.

Location: \VSIshare\_VSI_Binaries\Target\VSIDate.exe

Thanks and good luck.

Thanks - I can confirm that once the VSIDate.exe was in place the tests worked as expected.

I had to add an exclusion to our virus scanner as it picked it up and deleted it.

Hello Pete,

Good to hear that you found the issue, could you also tell us which AV you have running in your environment?
