normal results folder is empty *no vsimax*

I got *there is no VSImax* and the folder results is empty. any idea? I see the test is running normaly, after compleating (RDS) logoff the session, every thing normal...but nothing is in result folder.

Assuming you are running a less than 10 user test, can you increase the amount of users and launch them in a higher LaunchWindow. Eventually contacting support[at]loginvsi[dot]com and attaching the logfiles zipped from \\<host>\share\_vsi_logfiles\<test-name> would help troubleshooting easier/faster.

thanks. as suggested, I sended the logs to support. meantime I reinstalled the vsishare from commandline -s \\fileserver\share. I am running the test with one user. results folder is still empty. test is in progress.
