Login VSI Version: 4.1.3
Test system: Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 FP3 (Static desktops).
Operating system version target: Windows 10
Operating system version launcher(s): Windows 2008R2 (SFConnect.exe)

Hello,
I seem to be running into some stuck sessions (about 1/10) for some of my test runs. And also there're about 2/3 sessions never log off.

Looking at the failed runs,
•Using Login VSI Analyzer. I see a Stuck sessions tab listing the stuck sessions, but no reason mentioned there.

On the VSIshare their is a folder called "VSI Logfiles". In the test folder there will be screenshots located in "Debug\ErrorShots". These can help you identify the problem.

The reason why some of the sessions do not log off might have something to do with the fact they are stuck. I recommend first identify the cause of the stuck sessions.

* You can enable debugging mode in the Management Console under settings. This will provide extra log data to troubleshoot.

Let us know how this works out for you.

Hi Jordi,

There's no "Debug\ErrorShots" folders in every my test folders.
And I've enabled the debug mode, there's a lot of users' workloadtimings log in the "Debug\WorkloadTimings" folder.

Hi Daweihu,

In that case can you run the test again with both debugging settings enabled?

Hello daweihu,

I can't tell you what's happening based on that information. Are you able to send the log files to our support address?

Hi daweihu,

- If possible you can zip the log files * of the particular test. Just compress the folder as a .zip file and e-mail it to support @ loginvsi.com.

- Or you can send us an e-mail so I can reply you with our FTP credentials.

* You can find the log files of the test in \\fileserver\VSIshare\_VSI_Logfiles\
