normal Login VSI Management console won't start (V4.0.9.318)

I've got a problem starting the Management Console when using it from start menu Windows 2012 R2.
When i start the application the process appears as a Background process.
When i start the shortcut from the share it starts without any problem.
Can you tell me if this is a bug, or that i have to adjust something to get this working from start menu?
I've attached a document with the issue i have starting Management Console 4.0.9.318

Hello Houben,

I'm not aware of a bug with the Start Menu icons.

To fix this you can copy the shortcuts from the VSIshare to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Login VSI

Thanks for the quick reply on my issue! I've already tried to copy the shortcut from the vsishare to the Start Menu\Login VSI location. Same problem still exists..

Is it possible the VSIshare shortcuts have the "Run as administrator" option enabled? If you would copy the shortcuts that setting isn't propagated.

The "run as administrator" option is not enabled on both shortcuts.
