Hi team ,
May I get an idea about how to identify and determine the number of "Launcher Machine" VM/s required of performing VDI benchmark? Number of "Launcher Machine" VM/s depends on the size of the VDI environment ?

I have went through the below doc , and it states that "For every 25 (50 for RDP, 1000 for DDC) sessions that has been configured a launcher has to be deployed" :

Thanks in advance.

ahmedamer12 -

If for instance you wanted to run a 1000 VMware Horizon view test, you would need 40 launcher machines.

The math is - 1000 / 25 (maximum recommended sessions per launcher for view) = 40.

Hopefully that clears things up. If not please feel free to reach back out.
