Hi All,

After running a few tests in loginvsi - taskworker for HSD environment. we are able to see plenty stuck sessions or session errors.
Any way to see any logs for these session errors or stuck sessions. How can we improvise these errors ?

Hi Dek,

When the virtual users log on to the environment they start executing a workload. A workload is a set of actions that expects certain applications to be installed (see: www.loginvsi.com/documentation/Login_VSI...vironment_.2F_VM.27s ). And sessions might get stuck by first run wizards, UAC etc. That is why we set certain Policies to prevent most of these first runs, uac etc etc. (see: www.loginvsi.com/documentation/Login_VSI_All_Settings ).

The easiest way to see if the workload runs properly and what it might be running into is run a 4 user test see if each users finished the workload without getting stuck. If they get stuck the log files will tell you. But when you are looking on the launcher machine you can see the reason right way.

The log fils will contain screenshots of the moment where they got stuck, they are saved in this location:
\\SERVER\VSIShare\_VSI_Logfiles\[Tes Name]\Debug\ErrorShots

Thanks Jordi for instant reply.

We were able to locate the Error/Debug folder and found too many ERROR screenshots with the message
"PRINTING TO PDF TIMED OUT" and in the background there is an excel sheet where "Print" is selected in Office 2013. Any idea what could this be ?

Is this should be the reason, found in the below link about PDF printer

www.loginvsi.com/documentation/Login_VSI_Management_Console

Have disabled PDF printer in the workload, could this solve the issue. Please suggest

Hi Dek,

That is probably the issue then.
As the requirements page mentions disabling can be a solution if you don't want to install DoroPDF.
