There is no VSIMax data within the results.

Hi,

I have an issue with VSI Analyzer. When I open any test result I'm presented with the error;
There is no VSIMax data within the results. Please verify the quality of your test.

The tests appear to be fine.

Login VSI Version: 4.0
Test system: Microsoft RDS
Operating system version target: Windows Server 2012 R2
Operating system version launcher(s): Windows Server 2012 R2
Office version target: Office 2013

Any clues?

All,

This case is solved.
Issue? Profilecreate workload is selected and greyed out (does not generate VSIMax data).
Bug? Previous Express versions of VSI had this known-bug and is solved in the latest patch (0.6).
Solution? Please run/install the 0.6 Patch www.loginvsi.com/download .

I am getting the same problem with 4.10

Is it because I am not stressing the system enough? Also one session at the end never logs off and it tells me the test is done.

Any ideas to troubleshoot.

Hello,

Do the sessions actually generate data? Have a look in \\server\vsishare\_VSI_Logfiles\Medium3\debug\errorshots\
Alternatively you create a support ticket at www.loginvsi.com/support/contact and attach the entire folder as a zip archive.
