CTXConnector and Netscaler (CAG)

I am not having much success getting CTXConnector to work with our NetScaler Access Gateway VPX

I am getting a timeout on waiting for "User name: "

After some research on the support forum, I have tried running as administrator, same error. I have then enabled Protected Mode in IE and used -w "User name:" option (note there is no space after the ":") and that got me one step closer.... now I am getting these errors:

Username input field with name "user" not found
Password input field with name "password" not found

Does anyone know how to fix this?

One of my engineers tells me that with the NetScaler, the fields are named "login" and "passwd" instead of "user" and "password".

Is there a way to tell CTXConnector to use these field names instead?

Perhaps there is a command-line we can use?

Or is there another version of CTX Connector that is compatible with NetScaler VPX?

Hello,

CTXConnect supports the following parameters that should help you logon through the NetScaler.
-nu -> Name of the user name input field
-np -> Name of the password input field
-nd -> Name of the domain input field

And since you will likely also need to change the name of the logon button:
-n -> Logon button name
-i -> Logon button ID

Let me know if that works for you.

The output of the command shows this near the end:

Pressing Login Button
ie.Element(Find.ById({0})) exists. Trying to click
done clicking
Waiting for complete
Starting resource
Logoff process
Closing internet explorer
Configuration Error.
CTXConnector finished

I noticed that when I increase the t1 timer to 30 seconds, the utility seems to be stuck waiting for "Waiting for complete" for that amount of time.

It looks like it is not finding that "complete" status and times out.

Note that we are using a NetScaler VPX with the Access Gateway configured to interface with a StoreFront server (XenDesktop 7).
