I was attempting to run a test with 180 sessions on XenDesktop 7.1 (connecting via the SFCONNECT.exe) and using a CSV file for the user names only. All was going fine but all sessions for users after user125 failed and killed the launcher agent with this error message

Autoit Error

Line 5321 (File
"\\smon-esx1\vsishare\_VSI_Binaires\Launcher\Agent.exe"

Error: Array variable has incorrect number of subscripts or subscript dimension range exceeded

I am using Login VSI v 4.0.8, with 20 launchers each launching 9 sessions

On launcher launched 8 sessions and crashed on the 9th, user126. All launchers after that one (user numbers greater than 126) failed to launch any sessions at all and showed the same error, which closed the agent window when the OK button was clicked on the error message. Anything special about the number 125? hardcoded in there somewhere?

Please send us the log files for this test. You can find the log files in \\server\vsishare\_VSI_logfiles. There will be a folder for your test, please zip and send it to us. Also include the CSV file please.

Actually I thinkn I have the solution. I created a CSV file for the user names using Excel and saved it as CSV format with commas, but since there was only one column excel didn't add any commas at the end of the line, so I added them afterwards, but only up to user 125 since I got laszy and only needed to do a small trial run at the time. I'm going to run again after fixing the commas in the CSV file. If I'm still stuck I'll dig up the logs.
