Launcher check stuck in 'waiting' status

Hello,

I am using Login VSI 4.0.10.300 configured against a VMware View 5.3 Target environment.
When I try to Start a test, I find the status 'waiting' hung forever during the launcher check.
I have already provided the Hostname (and not FQDN) of the launcher and I still see this issue.
Will it be possible to have some webex session and have support debug this for me ?

Hi Ama,

Let's try communicating either via Forum/Mail 1st.
Does the launcher user has modify/read/write access to the VSIshare?
Is the VSIshare correctly configured?
Does the Agent.exe on the Launcher machine point to the current VSIshare?

Please ignore. I since fixed it. I did not run the Login vsi agent.exe on the view client and hence the issue. I have since fixed it. Thanks
