What’s New in Login Enterprise 6.8 | Workspace Weekly

Login Enterprise 6.8 adds new ways to compare Continuous Tests, report on application performance, find active sessions, troubleshoot Windows application controls, and schedule Launcher maintenance.
You can now review application performance while comparing up to five Continuous Tests and generate a single PDF containing the results from all selected tests. The release also includes accessibility updates, additional Active Sessions filters, new UI Inspector actions, richer notification emails, ECC certificate support, and compatibility with newer Microsoft RDP security prompts.

Compare Application Performance Across Multiple Continuous Tests
Login Enterprise already lets you compare the results of up to five Continuous Tests. In 6.8, the Application Performance tab is now included in that comparison.
For each application, you can review:
- Success and failure rates
- Successful and failed measurements
- Above-threshold measurements
- Results from each selected test
You can also open an application to review its measurements and charts across the same set of tests.
This is useful when validating a desktop image, application update, policy change, or infrastructure change. Instead of opening each test separately, you can compare application results in one place and quickly identify what changed.

Generate One PDF Report for Multiple Continuous Tests
Login Enterprise 6.7 introduced PDF reporting for individual Continuous Tests. In 6.8, a single report can include results from up to five tests.
The report includes tables for each selected test and measurement charts with a separate line for each test. This makes it easier to share before-and-after comparisons without generating and distributing multiple reports.
For example, you could include the current production image, a proposed replacement, and an earlier baseline in the same PDF.
The report presents the selected results together. It does not automatically determine which test performed best or highlight every difference, allowing you to evaluate the data using your own acceptance criteria.

WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Updates in the Login Enterprise UI
Login Enterprise 6.8 addresses several high-severity accessibility issues related to WCAG 2.1.
The changes include work in areas such as:
- Keyboard access
- Focus behavior
- Screen-reader compatibility
- Names and states exposed for interface controls
- Reading and navigation order
These updates remove several significant barriers in the interface and are an important step forward. WCAG provides a shared standard for making websites and digital interfaces more accessible to people with disabilities.
Find Active Sessions Faster with Search, Filters, and Sorting
Login Enterprise 6.8 adds search, filtering, and sorting to the Active Sessions page.
You can search by test, Launcher, or account name. You can also filter by Login State and Session State, sort the available columns, and abort a selected session when needed.
For example, if an account appears stuck during a connection attempt, you can search for the account or Launcher instead of manually working through the full session list.

New UI Inspector Actions for Troubleshooting Windows Controls
UI Inspector now includes additional actions for investigating how Login Enterprise finds and interacts with controls in Windows applications:
- Type to control
- Focus control
- Focus window
- Find control
- Find Window
- DumpHierarchy
These are useful when an application changes and a workload can no longer find a control, place focus correctly, or complete an interaction.
You can test the selected control, inspect the surrounding window and control hierarchy, and use the results as a starting point for updating the script.

Security, Compatibility, and Operational Updates in Login Enterprise 6.8
Login Enterprise 6.8 also includes several smaller improvements worth highlighting.
ECC Certificates for Front-End TLS
The Appliance now supports ECC certificates and EC private keys for front-end TLS. RSA certificates remain supported, and protected private keys can be used with either type.
Compatibility with Microsoft’s New RDP Security Prompts
The built-in RDP connector supports the newer security prompts Microsoft introduced for Windows RDP files in April 2026.
More Context in Notification Emails
Notification emails now include additional context. Login and application failure notifications can display the timestamp, Launcher, account, and Target Host. Performance and latency notifications now include the Target Host as well.
Launcher Privilege Improvements
The Launcher can interact with higher-privilege Windows prompts without running as an administrator, provided it is installed in a secure location such as Program Files.
Other Quality-of-Life Updates
Other updates include:
- The Continuous Test overview now shows whether the schedule is Always on, Daily, or Weekly
- The latest default Windows 365 script is labeled
- More toolbar space for Environment and Account names
- A movable Engine waiting dialog
- The Script Recorder action-name option remains visible
- An email field in the Custom Connector SDK
