Doesn’t Microsoft manage Windows 365 for me?
Microsoft manages the infrastructure: provisioning, capacity, and the underlying platform. It does not guarantee that a real user can sign in, open their apps, and finish their work after every patch or policy change. That layer stays your responsibility, and it’s the one Login Enterprise validates.
Do I still need this if I have Azure Monitor and Intune?
Yes. Azure Monitor tracks infrastructure health and Intune tracks deployment state. Neither confirms whether a real user can complete their actual workflow.
