Nutanix and Citrix Desktop as a Service: AOS 6.5 with AHV Design

November 25, 2024

In this Nutanix Validated Design (NVD) reference architecture, Nutanix describes the design that supports the deployment of a scalable, resilient, and secure hybrid cloud solution for Citrix Desktop as a Service (DaaS) using Machine Creation Services (MCS) or Provisioning (also known as PVS) across Nutanix AHVNutanix Cloud Clusters on Amazon Web Services (NC2 on AWS), and Nutanix Cloud Clusters on Azure (NC2 on Azure).

This scalable modular design, based on the Nutanix block-and-pod architecture, is well suited for Citrix DaaS use cases of all sizes and has bee tested using the Login Enterprise Knowledge Worker on Windows 10 and Windows Server 2022.
