Melissa Herman

Melissa Herman is the Chief Financial Officer at Login VSI. Prior to joining Login VSI, she was the Chief Financial Officer at two health technology companies, including Wellframe, through its acquisition in 2021. She works closely with the Executive Team and the Board of Directors on strategy, corporate development, and financial and operational plans. Her responsibilities include growth operations, finance and accounting, legal, and human resources. Previously, Melissa worked in financial services and at technology companies, including Intel, Riverbed Technology, and ObserveIT. She serves on the board of a local non-profit and as an advisor to startups and entrepreneurs.

Melissa received a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management.
