Mike Cristinziano

Mike Cristinziano is a consultant, investor, Board Member, and advisor to growth-stage software companies of all sizes, public and private.  Most recently, Mike was Senior Vice President of Strategy and CorpDev at DigitalOcean, a provider of cloud infrastructure services serving developers and SMBs.  During his fourteen-year tenure at Citrix Systems, he was responsible for merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy and execution, technology licensing, corporate venture capital investments, and investor relations. During a decade of rapid growth fueled by strategic acquisitions, Citrix completed 50+ acquisitions and grew revenue from $500 million to over $3 billion. Previously, Mike leveraged his technical foundation to provide differentiated investment analysis to public equity investors as a Wall Street analyst at Needham & Co and BMO.  

Mike received an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Temple University.
