New Features in Login Enterprise 5.10
Script Recorder
Our new Script Recorder allows you to effortlessly capture actions within an application and transform them into Login Enterprise workload formats in moments. Found in our 5.10 Script Editor tool, the Script Recorder continuously records user actions, such as clicks and typing, until stopped. These actions are then detailed and converted into a Login VSI workload. Administrators can easily add timers, screenshots, or any other required functionalities for their tests. The Script Recorder significantly reduces the time and expertise needed to integrate Login Enterprise into your change control and testing processes.
Enhanced Customizable Reporting
We’ve made substantial improvements to our reporting capabilities, allowing you to configure output PDF reports to meet your specific needs. In some cases, not all test results/data are relevant. With our new options, you can select only the items relevant to your target audience.
In version 5.10, you can include or exclude items from the report, such as customized introductory text, specific data (EUX score results, login times, application timing, and session-based metrics), and specific charts. This customization ensures the report’s relevancy for the intended audience.
Enhanced Appliance Operating System Upgrade Process
Our latest update also brings improvements to the appliance Operating System upgrade process, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience. Key enhancements include:
- Resilient Update Handling: Now, you can proceed with updates even if some packages are missing, minimizing interruptions and ensuring continuous operations.
- Improved SSL Certificate Handling: We’ve enhanced the handling of SSL certificate issues, facilitating smoother downloads even in restricted environments.
- Offline Package Downloads: Enjoy the flexibility of downloading packages offline, ensuring you can perform upgrades even without a continuous internet connection.
- Efficient Cache Management: Our new cache management system optimizes storage and speeds up the upgrade process.
These upgrades are designed to enhance the stability and efficiency of your appliance, ensuring a seamless upgrade experience.
Additional Enhancements
We’ve also implemented several smaller features that enhance overall usability:
- The ability to manually specify Domain Controllers for Login Enterprise to use, and support for a priority list of DCs.
- Improved usability of tables in data views for easier searching.
- Additional UI improvements for data sorting and views.
